Halloween Half Term

Added by Kate on 29 October 2014

We had a fantastic Halloweeen halfterm celebration with all ages enjoying the activities and feast. The children and Harry saved seeds from sunflowers, then decorated halloween biscuits, before planting up hanging baskets for the winter. Whilst they were doing that, the treats were hidden around the garden, and a treasure hunt followed with plenty for all. Callum was fantastic at sharing tehm out equally. Snail hunting was also a theme of the day. We had an enormous lunch with pumkin soup from the garden and 'bring and share' goodies from our generous group. Baby Liam loved the pumpkin and had plenty of fun munching on the late raspberries and trying out the ride on toys. 22 members were there altogether enjoying a beautifully sunny October day.
