We are a group of local volunteers of all ages and abilities, who meet together weekly to tend our organic community garden. We share the gardening tasks, along with tea, cakes and seasonal soup, and each take home fresh, free, organic fruit and vegetables.
We meet every Tuesday morning, from 10am until 2pm at our garden in Petworth. We enjoy learning in a relaxed environment, as part of a mixed community group, about organic, sustainable gardening and 'growing your own'. We aim to be welcome and accessible to all.
We also run a 'Men's shed' project on Wednesdays, where men can get together and create beautiful rural crafts in our wheelchair accessible shed.
